2022 Creativity Project – March 3

Simple

Do you think
Of this day, action,
God approves?
Would the choice
Vary if you guessed
His interest
Might be otherwise?
The armies either
The patterns
Repeated
The teachers who
Drop away
Begun;
Miracles granted –
How is it
Become the doorway
A prayer sung

People leaving, run
Without locus
Him believing
Only reason.

Emerge

Keep them on top
Memory, to help
Know who could
Be when love
Captivated;
Little does it matter
The days are gone
Still need to believe
Want, fascination
Generated
Found satisfaction in
Who was real.

2022 Creativity Project – March 2

Unreal Numbers

The path backward,
Forward, only dreams
Amid the hours
In between.
The mind puddles
Its questions
Mumbles to tracks
Laid down when
The way went back.
Voices do they remain
Chariots swinging low?
Will the thin dog
Wrestle in the snow?

Are You, I,
Fact, or fiction,
Written in a rhyme?
I thought I knew
An answer once
In a blanket
With love,
But it had
To go
Where the sun
Made houses
Light
As effervescence
And trouble
Wound its arms
Around
Stealing the known
For the seems.

Never fear
Believe
Walk in sync;
The ones who
Reckon it all,
Never coming
Again. Back. Amen.
Shining holy halleluiah.

2022 Creativity Project – March 1

I fell asleep this evening from exhaustion. I do overdo things sometimes, and stress overcomes me.

Coming up with entries every day is a huge challenge at times.

Writing is an art in which investment must be made to remain engaged.

I had a long conversation with one of my friends, who is very supportive of me. I had not talked to her in some time.

Burdens are better when they are aired, shared. We cannot live abundantly when we rarely speak to our people. There is much to collect in the knowledge of those who understand.

When I woke up, I thought I had already posted because I dreamed I did. This is so important to me that it is always on my mind.

I hope all goes well for you as the week continues. May inspiration find you and bless you bountifully.

2022 Creativity Project – Feb. 24

Challenge
Not here to fade away
But to live a testament
To the courage others
Exhibited before they left;
How they fought against
The encroachment of death,
How they maintained love,
Sharing, never growing bitter,
Trying always to be better
Each day though the shadows
Left no doubt life’s time was
Very swiftly running out
Living without fear or regret.
Heroes such as seldom seen
Those who love does not forget.

Prompt
Create something to honor heroes.

I am grateful for the ability to think.
