I have problems with fountain pens, but they are a challenge, so you know, I adore them. This is a Moonman M2. The ink is from the Monteverde Emotions line and is called Kindness.
If we all wrote with Kindness ink, what would the world become? Something other, I am guessing. I love the color. I shall endeavor to live up to the name.
No one tells the rain When or where it may occur We have so little Control though we want it all – To bear us loving and true Is the earnest service we do For much is beyond our reach We have only faith and prayer To approach God for His care.
Love is no free-throw Constitution, strength, will, Dexterity, charisma, All measured in the balance And every roll can damage. Creativity, imagination, Lights love with passion, purpose, But day to day may with Worry douse the vigorous flame, Delight much must kindle again.
Yesterday cannot Touch today’s incandescent Beauty in your eyes The world has opened anew Blooming with love found in view.
Love’s flames hungrily Fire the passion and the blood, Make need understood.
Everything becomes More of what it is within, Even humans bend To what we consume, adopt, Focus energy upon. Keeping our feeling In line with how we believe Helps us have, receive, The results we deem worthwhile Giving love, sharing joy, smiles. If we make bright, light, Our journeys through brutal night – We can love enough To bring others equally, up, With the achievements We know, being shared Will sow love to bloom, flower, On some needful tomorrow.
What I spy in us The arrival of fond dreams What tomorrow seems The fulfillment of our means Tied in the fabric of trust; What will soon become More than us apart, alone Where we find our home In the sharing – blood, breath, bone, Who we may, are, shall – be known.
